The **Willumsen Paragon** is a survival knife with an excellent price-quality ratio. Designed by Mikkel Willumsen himself. Many of Willumsen's designs are derived from sea shapes. The Paragon is no exception. A sturdy knife that can take a beating and is easy to carry with you thanks to the Kydex sheath. An excellent knife that comes in handy in many situations.

The blade is made from AUS-8 steel. A Japanese steel that is very resistant to rust, can take a beating, stays perfectly sharp and is also easy to sharpen yourself. The handle is made from G10: a strong composite material made from glass fibres and synthetic resin. The handle has been enhanced with a grippy texture.

The Paragon comes in a practical Kydex sheath. You can carry the sheath both horizontally and vertically on your belt.

Prettig verrast door dit mes. 
Goed afgewerkt, vlijmscherp geleverd. Scheer-test doorstaan. 
Eerder goud-beige, dan mat-zand kleur.
Interessante tekening in de G10. Wellicht wat smal heft, maar goede grip mogelijk, ook met grotere hand.
Mooie balans in de hand. Wellicht wat zwaar voor sommigen, maar dat verwachte ik al. Voor mij geen probleem.

Mooie kydex sheath met goede belt-lock. Mes zit goed geklemd, en kan makkelijk met de duim uitgedrukt worden. Lichte rammel bij de punt dus niet superstille dracht.

Voor een mes uit PRC en in AUS-8 misschien iets te duur. Maar stijgende prijzen lijken de tendens te zijn. Je kunt zeker slechter treffen.

Wordt geleverd met de getoonde lanyard en bead en ook een kleine Willumsen patch met velcro.
