Okay, here's a rewritten review that emphasizes your disappointment and makes it easier to understand, while keeping the 2-star rating implied: "This knife has some nice features, like its solid build, lightweight design, handy clip, and useful prying tool. It even came in nice packaging and has a smooth, UK-friendly mechanism. However, all those positives are completely overshadowed by one major flaw: the blade dulls incredibly fast. I've owned many knives, both cheap and expensive, and I've never experienced steel this poor. It arrived razor-sharp, but after just a few days of light use—slicing a couple of rolls, opening some crisp packets, and a single box (trying to not slice through the cardboard itself but only teh tape)—it was practically useless. It didn't just need a quick touch-up; it needed a full resharpening with a stone. I understand that at £75, you can't expect perfection, but a knife should at least be able to cut for more than a few days. The fact that the primary function—cutting—fails so miserably is incredibly disappointing. It feels like the manufacturer completely missed the mark. I can't recommend this knife.
