The **SOG Terminus XR** is an appealing pocket knife, made to carry with you on a daily basis. The size is just right: large enough to carry out almost any task, small enough to not become too big in your pocket. But that is not all, the SOG Terminus XR also looks very cool!



The Terminus XR is, as the name might suggest, enhanced with the XR-lock. This is a great lockings mechanism for both left and right-handed use. The great thing about the XR-mechanism is that the blade slightly sticks from the handle when you pull the lock back. With a slight movement of the wrist you can easily release the blade from the handle. In addition to opening the knife with the thumb studs and the flipper this is the third opening mechanism according to SOG.



In terms of materials SOG clearly thought about how this knife is used. The handle is made from carbon fibre. The blade is made from CPM S35VN steel. It retains its sharpness well to make sure you don't have to sharpen it often. So perfect for daily use.

Très beau design, mais mécanique « dure », pas fluide. À ce prix on s’attend à mieux. 
Alors ça copie bien, le doré sort du lot mais le mécanisme, encore une fois, laisse vraiment à désirer. 
Sinon couteau très léger, c’est impressionnant. 
En résumé, c’est mon couteau le plus cher, mais as mon préféré.
