The **SOG One-Zero XR** is a robust pocket knife for everday use. As SOG states: 'Made for those that demand quality and precision.' The One-Zero certainly lives up to that. It's a high-quality knife. A lot of attention has been paid to details that many knife brands do not bother with.

The One-Zero XR is, as the name might suggest, enhanced with the XR-lock. This is a great locking mechanism for both left and right-handed use. The great thing about the XR-mechanism is that the blade slightly sticks from the handle when you pull the lock back. With a slight movement of the wrist you can easily release the blade from the handle. Of course, you can easily open the blade with the thumb hole too, if you prefer.

The handle is made from strong 'aircraft-grade‘ aluminium. The construction of the handle stands out. This one is almost completely screw-free! Only the hinge-screw is visible. The others are hidden away on the inside of the scales. The blade is made from high-quality CRYO CPM S35VN. That means that this steel has been treated with a special CRYO heat treatment. With this, SOG toughens the S35VN steel to meet the high standards they have for their products. The result is a steel that remains sharp for an extra long time, so you'll rarely need to sharpen your knife.

The One-Zero is equipped with a deep-carry pocket clip that allows you to carry it securely in your pocket. It will barely be noticeable that you're even carrying a pocket knife.
