The **Ontario Ti 22 Equinox 9805** is a cool pocket knife, for an amazing price. You rarely see a pocket knife with a premium type of steel and a titanium handle in this price range. 

We don't know which looks better: the pointed tanto blade, or the golden handle. So let's start at the beginning. This American tanto shape looks amazing. The two parts of the tanto-grind are complemented by the cool swedge. That is the false edge above the tip. There is also a 'fuller'. This fuller ensures that the blade is visually balanced.

As said before, the handle also stands out. Because of the colour, of course. That is why the shape is relatively simple. And yet, it feels great in hand. The titanium framelock ensures that the blade is properly locked when opened. As such your fingers are safe when you use this knife.

You quickly open the blade with the flipper. It moves really smoothly because of the ball bearings. The blade is made from CPM S35VN steel. This American type of steel is incredibly popular among knife makers. It retains its sharpness well, it is stainless and easy to sharpen.
