The **GiantMouse ACE Biblio XL Elmax Green Canvas Micarta** is a bigger version of the standard Biblio. It's a cool EDC pocket knife designed by Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes. For the Biblio these Danish master designers were inspired by the GM1, which was sold out in no-time. With the Biblio XL, this design once again became available for everyone.

The GiantMouse ACE Biblio XL is the perfect knife to peel an apple or to open boxes. It has a friendly look and feel and the typical Italian curves make it feel like a nicely worn pebble in hand. You open the blade with the flipper or the thumb hole, and a sturdy steel liner lock keeps the opened blade securely in place. 

The ACE Biblio XL is a relatively large EDC knife. A blade length of 9 cm is for enough to carry out daily tasks. The blade has an interesting shape that might remind you of a sheepfoot-shape. At the same time it slightly points upwards so that, in terms of use, it closely resembles a drop point shape. A fun, playful combination.

## GiantMouse ACE Biblio XL blade

To make sure that you don’t have to sharpen your knife often GiantMouse chose an incredibly good type of steel: Elmax. This is a corrosion-resistant type of steel from Austria. It retains its sharpness well and is easy to sharpen. 

## GiantMouse ACE Biblio XL handle

The handle is made from micarta. An incredibly strong type of material that feels great in hand and is incredibly light-weight. It is made from burlap and synthetic resin. At first glance the micarta might look a little pale, but after using it, the oils in your hands will make sure the micarta will become darker. It takes over the traces of use, making the knife uniquely yours! Between the micarta scales you will find steel liners. On one side a liner lock has been milled into the handle that will keep the blade in place when opened.

## GiantMouse ACE line

The GiantMouse ACE line was developed to meet the ever-growing demand for GiantMouse knives. After a couple of limited edition knives that were sold out in the blink of an eye the demand continued to grow. Hence the ACE collection. Designs with the same cool style, using the same premium steel, but more accessible to all.
