A very nice Laguiole knife well made. Unfortunately mine came with the following flaws: 1. The grind was very un-symmetrical with nearly no grind on one side and very wavy on the other. Additionally the first 5mm from the tang had no grind at all and the tip was dented blunt completely. 2. The blade is not centered properly which needs extra caution at closing
