Titanium backspacer for the Benchmade Bugout

This **Flytanium Benchmade Bugout Backspacer** is a nice spacer for your Benchmade Bugout. You attach this backspacer with the original screws. This backspacer takes care of a nice dense construction to make sure dust won't get caught in between the scales. Of course it is mostly an aesthetic addition.



This backspacer is made from titanium. It has been enhanced with a stonewashed finish. This means that there are already traces of use to make sure new scratches won't stand out. A *used look*, straight from the box.

## Tips when installing


Adding new scales or other accessories isn't without risk! Always use fitting screwdrivers and never force anything to prevent damage to screws or scales. We prefer to add a piece of a plastic bag in between the bit and the screw to prevent any damage to the screws. If the screws are stuck, it is important not to force them. Carefully heat them with a hairdryer or tap the back of the screwdriver to break the loctite.



Also check the warranty conditions of the manufacturer: for some brands the warranty expires the moment you start working on the knife yourself. You add the scales at your own risk. We are not liable for damages that you may cause to the knife or accessory.

Le produit vendu est la dernière version du backspacer de Flytanium et ne correspond plus à la photo du site, qui pourrait du coup être modifiée. Le produit est très proche et bien adapté aussi, bien sûr. Le "trou" est différent, plus pointu vers l’avant et le système de fixation est composé de deux axes amovibles (la photo du modèle est visible sur le site de flytanium et autre…). Sur mon modèle de bugout (carbone et acier s90v) l’installation du backspacer, en remplacement de l’original bleu, laisse un espace visible que je ne souhaitais pas mais qui, au final, ne me gène pas du tout ! En fait, le produit que j’ai reçu (la version la plus récente donc) me semble mieux fini et me satisfait donc complètement.
