If you have Globals this is the way to go. This is a long review as I am reviewing the stones as well. As far as knives and tools is concerned they get a 5 out of 5. I have had an Edge Pro basic system since 2007 and while I always thought the system is great I could never get Globals razor sharp. Over the years, tried various youtube suggestions but never got satisfactory results. I decided to email Ben at Edge Pro and he told me the diamond matrix is the only stone hard enough for Globals. I live in the UK, Knives and Tools offer best price, and delivery times ( even cheaper than ordering from US direct, once you factor in shipping and import duties) Order arrived quickly ( 3 business days I think) no additional duties. Globals are sharper than ever been now. Ben at Edge Pro told me don't ever use steels to touch up as this will remove edge. So the stones are quite expensive but it is what it is. KNIVES AND TOOLS ARE GREAT THOUGH. As sharp enough is never sharp enough I am now looking into ordering polishing tapes. But that is a different rabbit hole. By the way Ben at Edge Pro was so generous with help and advice, and told me Victorinox cheaper knives apparently beat all more expensive knives for value and that after using them he put away his expensive Japanese knives https://www.amazon.co.uk/Victorinox-Swiss-Classic-Chefs-Stainless/dp/B00WEHFU16/ref=sr_1_10?crid=3D803NMHJEQ4&keywords=Victorinox+Fibrox+Pro+Chef%27s+Knife&qid=1692623890&sprefix=victorinox+fibrox+pro+chef%27s+knife%2Caps%2C130&sr=8-10
