The **DMT ceramic sharpening steel** focuses on sustainability and ease of use. The result is a sustainable sharpening steel that, according to DMT, is unbreakable. This ceramic sharpening steel has a grain size of 7 micron. This is comparable to an 1800 grit Japanese sharpening stone. This is a fine grain size that enables you to sharpen blunt knives.

## Handle DMT ceramic sharpening steel

The handle is made from a strong plastic and has a high protective edge. This does not only protect your hand as you sharpen your knife, it also ensures you have enough grip. The back of the sharpening steel is enhanced with a plastic ring you can use to hang the sharpening steel.
