The **Cold Steel Code 4 series** has been made specifically for anyone looking for a practical and reliable pocket knife for daily tasks. The knife is thin, lightweight and incredibly functional. It is a practical size, but still compact enough to carry with you at all times.




The Code 4 comes in three different blade shapes. This Spear Point version has a 3.3 mm thick blade which you can open with one hand with the help of the thumb studs. The blade falls into the solid Tri-Ad Lock with an audible click, so you can be sure that the knife is safely locked in place.




Anyone who appreciates a simple but well thought-out knife will undoubtedly be charmed by the Code 4 Tanto Point. The aluminium scales with matte black coating give the knife a cool look, and also provide plenty of grip. The blade is made from CPM S35VN steel. This is a premium steel developed by the largest knifemakers in the United States.



What's neat about the Cold Steel Code 4 is that it is great for both left-handed and right-handed use. It comes with a second pocket clip for left-handed use.

I own more than 100 knives and many of them in the USD300+ range. The Code 4 (I have all 3 blade shapes here) is an excellent knife, especially at the price point. Great slicer, slim in the pocket and extremely sturdy, also because of the tri-ad lock. I would replace it directly with a new one if I should ever lose it, even though I have enough great alternatives. That's how much I like it.
