This **Claude Dozorme Oyster set** is the basis for a perfect oyster party. A solid base to keep the oyster in place, an oyster knife and a lemon squeezer for the lemon juice.


The Laguiole oyster knife has a pointed blade made from 50Cr15MoV steel. Stainless and incredibly tough. Perfect for a knife that has to deal with so much sideways pressure. The handle has that typical Laguiole shape. In terms of material they chose for polished aluminium. Which is both shiny and hygienic!


The oyster holder is made from flexible plastic. As a result you will be able to press the oyster into it to make sure it stays in place. The raised edge at the base enables you to hold it at the edge of the table. After opening you can squeeze some lemon juice out of a lemon with the squeezer for that finishing touch.
