The **Civivi Synergy 3** is a new addition to the Synergy collection. A popular WE Knife collection, but this time under the name of the budgetary sister brand: Civivi. The Synergy 3 is enhanced with many of the beloved design elements we see on its predecessors from the Synergy collection. But now more budget-friendly.

The Synergy design dates back to 1999. First introduced by knife designer Jim O'Young. The Synergy was not just a ground-breaking knife in terms of design. The locking mechanism and the construction of the knife were also considered to be very innovative in 1999. The Synergy 1, for instance, had a button lock and an integral handle made from one piece of aluminium. This combination s resulted into the 'Most Innovative American Design Award' at the 1999 Blade Show. Despite its success, only 200 pieces of the Synergy 1 were produced. This changed when Jim O'Young came into contact with WE Knife. The result? The Synergy collection as we know it today!

## G10 handle

The handle is made from G10. A strong and light-weight material made from fibreglass and synthetic resin. Like its predecessors from the Synergy collection, the Synergy 3 is enhanced with an ergonomic 3D milled handle. With a stunning circle-shaped texture. The handle feels great in hand and the texture provides you with enough grip.

## Nitro-V steel blade

The blade is made from Nitro-V steel. This is a type of steel that, in terms of performance, is similar to AEB-L and 14C28N steel. These are tried and tested steels with great sharpness retention! You open the blade with the flipper after which a solid liner lock locks the blade.
