The **Civivi Synergy 3** is a new addition to the Synergy collection. A popular WE Knife collection, but this time under the name of the budgetary sister brand: Civivi. The Synergy 3 is enhanced with many of the beloved design elements we see on its predecessors from the Synergy collection. But now more budget-friendly.

The Synergie design dates back to 1999. First introduced by knife designer Jim O'Young. Not only in terms of design the Synergy was a ground-breaking knife. The locking mechanism and the construction of the knife were also considered to be very innovative in 1999. The Synergy 1, for instance, had a buttonlock lock and an integral handle made from one piece of aluminium. Combined this resulted into the 'Most Innovative American Design Award' at the 1999 Blade Show. Despite the success only 200 pieces of the Synergy 1 were produced. This changed when Jim O'Young came into contact with WE Knife. The result? The Synergie collection as we know it today!

## G10 handle

The handle is made from G10. G10 is a strong, lightweight material made from fibreglass and synthetic resin. Like its predecessors from the Synergie collection, the Synergie 3 is enhanced with an ergonomic 3D milled handle. With a stunning circle-shaped texture. The handle feels great in hand and the texture provides you with enough grip.

## Nitro-V steel blade

The blade is made from Nitro-V steel. This type of steel offers similar performance to AEB-L and 14C28N steel. Great types of steel that retain their sharpness well! You open the blade with the flipper after which a solid liner lock locks the blade.
