Très belle lame, très beau manche.
Montage par contre défaillant.
En effet, au bout d'une vingtaine d'ouverture et fermeture, la lame prend du jeux.
Il suffit de resserrer la visse de fixation, mais rebelote très rapidement.
C'est mon affuteur qui a démonté le couteau pour au final sertir la fixation, ce qui rend l'ouverture/fermeture un peu moins fluide mais garanti bien le fait que la lame ne prend aucun jeu sur le manche.
Ce couteau avait tout en terme de qualité perçu au déballage, pour au final donné une impression de qualité insuffisante sur l'assemblage : dommage ....
