The **Böker Plus Bend Assisted** is a small yet powerful pocket knife, designed by Lucas Burnley. We know Burley from his Kwaikan pocket knives. The shape of the blade betrays this a little, but other than that the Bend is a different knife with its own look and feel. The Bend is Lucas' tribute to his hometown Bend in the American state of Oregon.

## Böker Plus Bend material

You quickly open the Böker Bend with the flipper or thumb stud. This version is enhanced with a spring that will assist you when you open the knife. The blade will quickly appear. When opened a solid liner lock keeps the blade. The blade is made from D2 steel. This is a tough steel with good sharpness retention. Very long even! Do, however, clean it after peeling an apple: D2 is not completely stainless.

The handle is made from G10 with a rough texture for optimal grip. The liners, backspacer, thumb disc, pocket clip and pivot screw are blue.
